Warren Publishing Services was set up in 1990 by the then Technical Director for EMAP's 100 regional newspapers to provide Clients with advice on publishing IT and systems, HR , and project management.

Our principal consultant, David Warren has been an M.D. of a UK regional publishing company and before that he was the Technical & Production Director of another. He is a member of the technical body for UK regional newspapers.

Our consultants bring to bear knowledge and experienced acquired at senior levels in both Advisory and Line management roles, with an accute awareness of deadlines and budgets. We have successfully run IT departments and complex Publishing operations. This has been recognised by our Clients who are often make our consultants part of their management team for the duration of a project.
